Cynthia Pettyjohn serves as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for First American Exchange Company. Cynthia has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1992. She joined First American Exchange in 2001 and currently serves the Southern California, Hawaii and New Mexico markets.

Cynthia has focused her career on providing education on the fundamentals of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges for her customers, which include CPA­s attorneys, commercial real estate professionals and principals. She has conducted numerous seminars throughout the region and holds letters of recommendation for service from Farmers Insurance Company and American Assets.

Cynthia serves on the Board of Directors for the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is its Membership Chairperson. Additionally, she is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds an affiliate membership with Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
