Raymond C. Novinc, Esq.

Ray Novinc joined First American Exchange Company in June 1999 and is Senior Vice President.  He is a real estate attorney with more than twenty-five years of corporate experience involving all aspects of real estate, including Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, acquisitions/dispositions, financings, bankruptcy, litigation management, workout administration and property management.  Prior to joining First American, he was employed by CleveTrust Realty Investors, a NASDAQ listed real estate investment trust, which was based in Westlake, Ohio.  He graduated from Ohio University and received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University
