Rachel Hollinger Chapman, CES®

Rachel Hollinger Chapman serves as Vice President for First American Exchange Company, LLC. She is a member of Industrial Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is an active participant in the southeastern real estate market. Rachel has earned the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), the only national trade association for Qualified Intermediaries in the United States.

A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Rachel began her career with First American Title Insurance Company in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1998.  She later accepted a transfer with First American to Atlanta, Georgia and has spent the last 10 years specializing in the structuring and management of 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions.
