Marissa G. LoCascio, CES®

Marissa joined our exchange team in 2004 and quickly embraced her position as Exchange Coordinator earning the “Rookie of the Year” award from our parent company for her positive attitude and willingness to learn.  She has assisted thousands of clients accomplish their investment goals by deferring capital gains through 1031 exchanges.  Regardless of size or complexity, Marissa can keep the process simple and worry-free for her clients.  She routinely presents seminars to educate real estate professionals and investors on the many benefits of IRC Section 1031. 

In April of 2008, she earned the coveted designation of Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) offered through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), the national trade association for exchange practitioners.  In May, 2008 she was promoted to Senior Exchange Officer.  In 2009, she earned her paralegal certificate from Pierce University in Philadelphia.
