He regularly consults with Real Estate Sale Professionals, Attorneys, Exchange clients, Escrow Officers and Accountants about the rules and regulations of 1031 tax-deferred Exchanges. He has worked in the Exchange Industry for the past 12 years. His expertise has evolved to include Forward, Reverse, Improvement and Personal Property Exchanges. He helped facilitate a $100 Million exchange as well as a number of Reverse Aircraft Exchanges averaging $25 million a piece. He has given 400+ classes over his career. Prior to his work in the Exchange industry he spent 20+ years in Title and Escrow.
