Carmine is Senior Vice President / National Sales Manager of First American Exchange Company.  He manages the sales efforts of the company, as well as directing the Nevada and Arizona operations.  He consults with exchange customers, real estate agents, escrow officers and professional counsel, including attorneys and certified public accountants, in structuring and executing IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges.  

Mr. DiFulvio has earned the Certified Exchange Specialist® designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).  He has acted as a Qualified Intermediary in over 6,200 exchanges across the country and is licensed by numerous states as an instructor for continuing education on exchange issues.  Mr. DiFulvio received his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
