Paul M. Van Every Joins First American Exchange Company as Business Development Manager

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct., 14, 2010 – First American Exchange Company, LLC, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company and a Qualified Intermediary in IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, announced today that Paul M. Van Every has joined the company’s San Jose, Calif., office as business development manager. In his new role, Van Every will be responsible for serving clients in San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey counties. 

Van Every, who earned  a bachelor’s degree in sociology from San Jose State University, has a career that includes more than 10 years in banking, followed by three years as an account executive for First American Title’s Homebuilder Services Division. From 2006 to 2008, during his tenure at First American Title, he also served on the South Bay board of directors for the Building Industry Association Bay Area.
