Julie Baird leads First American Exchange Company with a people-first approach that fosters collaboration, transparency, and trust across the organization. A fierce advocate for elevating women in commercial real estate, she’s a longtime member of the GlobeSt Woman of Influence community and a frequent speaker on 1031 exchange strategies. Julie’s journey from real estate attorney in San Francisco to industry leader includes honors like the First American’s DPK Circle of Excellence Award and leadership roles with CREW Denver and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
