Identification Period
You must identify the relinquished property within 45 days of the closing of the replacement property.
The 45-day identification period is not extended if the 45th day should happen to fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
Exchange Period
The selling of your relinquished property (and the acquisition of the replacement property parked by the EAT) must be completed within 180 days of the closing of your replacement property.
