Meet Jeannie Burke, Your 1031 Exchange Expert

Do you have questions about whether a 1031 exchange is right for you? Jeannie is the Business Development Manager for First American Exchange Company in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas and Kentucky. She is here to help as your 1031 exchange expert.

Jeannie has extensive knowledge of I.R.C Section 1031 requirements and uses her background in law and real estate to help facilitate and oversee 1031 exchange real estate transactions for her clients. Jeannie and her team are experienced in all types of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, including forward, reverse, and build-to-suit.

Jeannie received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University and her law degree from DePaul University College of Law. She also maintains a real estate managing broker’s license in the state of Illinois. She is here to answer any questions you might have about 1031 exchanges or First American Exchange services.
